International Conference on Leadership, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (ICLIE’16) to be held from 20th to 22nd April, 2016 at Atlantis, the Palm Dubai. Atlantis is the majestic resort in Dubai situated on the Palm, a man-made island that has captured the world’s imagination with its magnificent scale and ingenuity. The ICLIE’16 will bring together researchers, practitioners and policy makers to debate the emerging challenges and long-term solutions to some of the key technology, innovations, sustainability, and business challenges arising in the globalized economy. Innovation, research, science and technology will form the pillars of a knowledge-based, highly productive and competitive economy, driven by entrepreneurs and leaders in a business-friendly environment where public and private sectors form effective partnerships. The purpose of ICLIE’16 is to provide a platform to disseminate and exchange ideas among researchers, students, policy makers and practitioners to promote a better understanding of current issues and solutions to the challenges in the globalized economy, in relation to the field of Entrepreneurship, Business and Economics, Technology Management, Islamic Finance and Management. The conference proceedings will be published and indexed by Springer Publishing.

SOLICITED PAPERS
ICLIE'16 technical program committee invites authors to submit research papers reporting on new trends and developments, and application papers focusing on technology, innovations, sustainability, and business challenges arising in the globalized economy including case studies, policy, regulations, and industry best practices. Two types of submissions are solicited: regular papers (limited to 8 pages), and short papers (limited to 4 pages) describing research in progress that authors would like to explore and share with the audience at the conference.
PAPER SUBMISSION
Submitted papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. All submitted papers are fully refereed by three members of the technical program committee. Selected accepted papers will be considered for journal publication. Font must be no smaller than 10-points. Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format, according to the instructions to be included in the conference web site. Working language of the conference is English.
Accepted papers will be published and indexed by Springer. Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. The final manuscript must be accompanied by a registration fee payment proof.
20 Free Registrations:
10 free student registrations based on paper quality and financial need.
10 free registrations for all other authors based on paper quality.
