SQAHES 2016 - 1st Systems and Quality Assessment in Health, Education and Services (SQAHES 2016)
Topics/Call fo Papers
Society is increasingly competitive, in our daily lives we are constantly evaluated and doing evaluations. In a society that must be fair, balanced and sustainable, quality assessment is a key aspect. The systems involved in the evaluation process are not islands, by other hand are strongly related to each other. Since the persistent feeling of failure that modern working conditions and exercise that can lead to burnout syndrome through the quality of the environment in which we operate to the quality of services that we use our quality of life is affected in greatly. The World Health organization (WHO) defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease," also says that prevention is a key means for the general improvement of quality of life. It is important that the evaluation systems are judicious and rigorous and from these to extract knowledge that will contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, particularly the quality of life. Therefore, it is essential to create information systems that integrate the various quality evaluation systems in the process of collecting, processing and analysing information (statistical inference, forecasting models, data mining among other models) from assessment instruments, consequences in prevention, prognosis prediction and cost-effective, with benefits for society and economy.
This workshop aims to discuss issues related to the creation, systems development and quality processes and purposes assessment of the areas of health, education and services. We intend to bring together the scientific community to discuss the state of art of models and architectures related to collection, use and results of information systems and quality assessment without forgetting problems of integration and interoperability.
