3rd International Conference on Computer Science and Logistics Engineering（ICCSLE 2013）！ After the very successful previous issues ICCSLE2011, ICCSLE2012 (Zhengzhou.China), ICCSLE2013 will be held in Hong Kong, China during September 13-15, 2013. ICCSLE 2013 aims to provide an international forum for experts, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals all around the world who are engaging in computer science and logistics engineering to present their researches and develop activities. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.
