We invite original research papers addressing the conception, design and architecting, development, modeling and simulating, production, operation and support of these systems; the definition of metrics of performance, and improvement methods; the assessment and mitigation of risks; the definition of critical success factors, and best practices. The refereed research papers at the conference will be complemented with invited talks.
