2019 - A study on the effects of edible wild plants of Bingöl on gastronomy tourism

Gastronomy tourism is gaining more importance day by day. Gastronomy competitions in the world and Turkey and herb festivals areorganized. Gastro tourists to participate in such gastronomic movements to include that region in gastronomic tourism. This item,we wanted to eat Bingol’s’ new eaten weeds, known and developed there, and one of those who explain what food is used in theBingöl region before the disclosure of the gastronomy identity to be there.
Edible herbs of wild fruits in Bingöl can be discovered here. It is a literature review that utilizes articles, theses, books and internet resources related to the field. In the literature review, gastronomy, gastronomy tourism concepts are rarely mentioned, secondary information is given, general information about herbs is given and some edible weeds mostly grown in Bingöl are made.
