The aim of this study is to determine the effect of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on repurchase intention. The population of the study consists of customers visiting the cafes in Bingöl. 295 people were reached by easy sampling method and the validity and reliability of the scales were tested. In the research findings, hypotheses which were formed in accordance with the purpose of the research were tested. Hypotheses were examined by correlation and path analysis and the findings were interpreted in this context. According to the results of the research, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have a positive effect on the repurchase intention. Furthermore, the relationship between customer satisfaction customer loyalty and repurchase intention were significant.
