2012 - 5th Annual Food Allergy Study Day

This event is now in its fifth successful year and is aimed at hospital doctors including pediatricians, allergists, dermatologists and gastroenterologists as well as dieticians and nurses who regularly see children with food allergy in their every day practice.
This year, we will be looking at some of the different patterns of food allergy we see in clinics, such as those found in specific ethnic groups or that develop later in the allergic march. A review of the year’s most important papers as well as a look at the new guidelines appearing around the world will also be included.
This year’s keynote speaker is Prof Magnus Wickman, one of Europe’s foremost experts in food allergy, who will be speaking on the practical applications of the recent advances in allergy diagnostics.
