Following the previous successful events, MSN 2009 will be held in WuYi Mountain, China. Honored as "World Cultural and Natural Heritage", WuYi Mountain is one of the most beautiful places in Southeast of China with beautiful Scenes and a galaxy of culture.
This conference provides a forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange research results and share development experiences. All papers accepted for MSN 2009 conference will appear in the Proceedings of MSN 2009, which is to be published by the IEEE Press. Selected papers will be published in the special issues of Journals

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Papers presenting original and unpublished work are invited and will be evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Submitted papers should be in PDF format and uploaded on EDAS. They should not exceed eight single-spaced, double-column pages in IEEE style format. Detailed formatting and submission guidelines will be available for the accepted papers on the conference website.

Submissions imply the willingness of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper. There will be best paper awards to recognize distinguished research.
