The conference proceedings will be published by ACM and all papers will be included in ACM digital library. All ICIMCS 2009/2010 papers have been indexed by EI. Selected high quality papers after expansion will be invited to submit to a special issue of IEEE Multimedia Magazine and a special issue of ACM/Springer Multimedia Systems Journal (MMSJ), SCI Indexed.
