* Completing the registration procedure by payment of the registration fee, which will mean the participant's official declaration for the participation, plays an important role in composing the symposium program. Late registrations will only be accepted until the announcement of the final program.
Participants who will need official papers for submitting to their own institutions may contact to organizing committee.

** The editor of the proceedings book has the right to propose proofs or to exclude some of the papers by giving justification. The book may also be published after the conference. Only presented papers will be included in the symposium publications. Contributors will receive one copy of the proceedings book per presentation.

Paper Guidelines
Abstracts should be written in English or inTurkish with the limit of 400 words, including contact details. (The presentations may also be made in English or Turkish, but only English full papers will be evaluated for the proceedings book.)
There are no formal restrications about the format of the abstracts, participants may design their abstracts freely.

Registration
Registration fee for ARCHTHEO 2011 is 250 ?.
Registration fee for students is 200 ?.(including undergradute or gradute)
It covers the entrance of all sessions, lunches, coffe breaks, symposium materials, opening and closing coctails and a dinner, which will be announced later.

Late Registration fees are respectively 325 ? and 250 ?***
***In keeping with our past practice, we will begin charging a late registration fee. This fee is necessary so that we can cover last minute adjustments. After the announcement of the final program no registration will be possible.
