Topics/Call fo Papers
The next conference of the Australasian Association for the History, Philosophy and Social Studies of Science (AAHPSSS) will take place at the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand, from late afternoon Friday 1 July to 1 pm Sunday 3 July, 2011. Registration is due Friday 10th June 2011.
Abstracts are now invited for submission and are due by Monday 30 May 2011. Please submit these electronically to Clemency Montelle: c.montelle-AT-math.canterbury.ac.nz. A limited number of special sessions can be accommodated. Please contact Clemency Montelle at the above address if you would like to propose one, by Monday 28 March 2011.
Student assistance will be available via the Ian Langham Memorial Bursaries funded by membership fees. For further information contact Clemency Montelle (c.montelle-AT-math.canterbury.ac.nz)
Registration Fees: To be advised (check website: http://www.math.canterbury.ac.nz/aahpsss/ by end-February).
On-line registration will be available by from the website by end-February. A registration desk will open at the Conference Venue from 2 pm on Friday 1 July.
