The Workshop of Physical Agents (WAF) is a forum for information and experiences exchange in different areas regarding the concept of agent on physical environments, especially applied to the control and coordination of autonomous systems: robots, mobile robots, industrial processes or complex systems.
All accepted papers will be published by AISC Springer Verlag.
We seek original papers ranging from experience reports to the description of new technology in the following areas:
Physical agents
Software agents
Multiagent systems
Domotic agents & applications
Smart-sensors networks
Human-Robot interaction
Robotic manipulators
Robocup and soccer robots
Mobile robots
Autonomous and semiautonomous robots
Cooperating robots
Machine learning and robotics
Industrial robotics
Applied intelligent robotic systems
Computer vision and robotics
SLAM
Artificial Vision and Robotics
AI and robotics
Submission Procedure
Papers must be written in English and should be between 12-15 pages in Springer format (AISC). All submissions must use the LaTeX or Word template for paper submission (https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/confer...). Papers may not be submitted to other conferences or journals during the WAF 2018 review period nor may they be already under review or published in other conferences or journals. Papers must be submitted electronically via the Easychair conference System. Submissions will be reviewed by at least three referees. In addition to the PDF paper, authors can submit supplementary material (videos, technical proofs, additional experimental results) for their paper.
