PICC 2011 - The 5th Palestinian International Chemistry Conference (PICC 2011)

The 5th Palestinian International Conference (PICC 2011) is organized by the Chemistry Department at An-Najah National University, Palestine in association with the Chemistry Departments at all other institutes in Palestine. The conference will bring together academics, industrial and educators communities to present their latest accomplishments in all fields of chemistry with the focus on various issues that play significant role in building a brighter future for industries in Palestine.
Speakers from all sectors of industry in Palestine will be invited to emphasis their companies future prospective of technology advancement in Palestine. Opportunity will also be given to junior scientists and graduate students to present their work and exchange ideas with eminent figures in chemistry and related filed.
The conference will span different areas of chemistry, focusing on research and development in areas of chemistry that are related to the industry. Particular emphasis will be put on technologies of commercial value: specialty chemical, pharmaceuticals, polymers and precursors of industrial materials.
The conference will be of invited lectures, oral and poster presentations. The scientific committee is seeking contribution of research in the following areas:
