Accepted full papers of ICIST 2018 will be published by International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-6461-4), which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

Papers submitted to ICIST 2018 conference will be allocated to at least two reviewers. All papers will go through double blind review process and to be accepted for publication or rejected.
