Conference Destination
Glasgow, Scotland - August and September are usually the warmest months of the year in Scotland making it the perfect time to explore the stunning beauty of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, the gateway to the Scottish Highlands right on Glasgow's doorstop. World famous golf is just a stone's throw away and a dram of whisky awaits all delegates! The city of Glasgow offers a wealth of internationally renowned free museums, unique Victorian and Art Nouveau architecture and provides delegates with the opportunity to experience the diversity of this vibrant, cosmopolitan and historic Scottish city.

Venue
Situated on the banks of the River Clyde and positioned in the city centre is the SECC, the UK’s largest integrated conference and exhibition venue.

Travel to Glasgow
There are 3 international Airports within easy reach of the city; Glasgow International, Glasgow Prestwick and Edinburgh International. Glasgow International Airport is just 15 minutes from the city centre and by 2010 the existing shuttle bus will be replaced by an express train link. The city is compact and easy to get around by foot or by the extensive transport network of buses, trains and underground linking the conference venue with the hotels and the numerous tourist attractions. Access to the venue will be a dedicated express bus route by the end of 2008. A travel pass for delegates will be provided for all delegates covered by the registration fee.
