become important new design resources in industry fields recent two decades, for example,
chaotic modulations and chaotic spreading in digital communications, chaotic sequences in
security, etc. The workshop as one forum or bond between Nonlinear Science and
Communication Engineering shares latest research in sights, presents key results, and
identify new challenges and opportunities on Chaotic Signals as transmission means, signal
