Carbon 2011 - Low Carbon Earth Summit-2011

The Global Low Carbon Economic Wave has attracted attentions from almost all walks of life. Particularly, after the UNFCCC Copenhagen Conference 2009 (COP-15), the task forces are not just limited to the policy and economic levels, but further move forward to almost every community from political, to technical and public society. Currently, "Low-carbon" has turned into the "hottest" word in common people’s daily life. To make contributions to the development of the knowledge based economy for control of climate changes, Dalian BIT Conferences, Inc. teams up with China Council of Promotion of International Trade-Dalian Chamber to initiate the first Annual Low Carbon Earth Summit with a theme of "Leading the Green Economy, Returning to Harmony with Nature", 2011 at World Exposition Center, Dalian, China.
