Key Take Away:
How to share your user manual to foster appreciation for diverse backgrounds and experiences among team members, factors that lead to more knowledgeable team decisions.
Overview:
At work we often dance around each other afraid to be too pushy, to hurt someone’s feelings, or to create conflict. We posture, we withdraw, we test others, we guess, we second-guess. We waste a lot of time.
What if you could hand a team member a User Manual that would explain how you function ? what energizes you, how you take in information, how you do decision making training, what you value in your life and in others, and more?
The results are immediate and refreshing. Sharing your User Manual is an icebreaker, a conversation starter and leads to deeper sharing of the dynamics that make teams more intelligent.
Why Should You Attend:
This webinar is interactive. Be prepared to remove your superfluous outer layers to participate actively so that the time spent is relevant to your unique needs for learning. Learning is knowledge translated into action.
You are handicapping your performance and that of the team if you are put off by someone’s behaviour training and don’t address it.
Areas Covered In This Webinar:
This webinar is for team members who want to work more effectively with others, inside and outside the team management training. It is basic employee development training and a refresher for veteran team members. You will learn to celebrate yours and others’ unique characteristics for the good of the team.
This webinar reduces the fear factor by working through simple examples that will be applied to your unique challenges. You will recognize yourself in these examples and realize you are not alone in learning, changing and growing.
Learning Objectives:
How you get your energy and what drains you
How to set clear expectations for effective results
How you take in information
How you draw conclusions and effective decision making
What time means to you
How you can remove barriers to learning and trying new behaviors
The three elements of the most intelligent teams
Who Will Benefit:
