Creativity is the process of breaking out of established patterns; it’s the reorganization, recombination or reinterpretation of concepts and ideas for getting something unique and previously unknown. Creating software is one of the most creative activities that humans undertake. It is developed for people and by people and people’s creativity can be a good source to improvise solutions to problems for dominating complex systems such as software design and development. The field of computational creativity concerns itself with theoretical and practical issues in the study of creativity for the purpose of modeling, simulation or replication of creativity using a computer, to construct a program or computer capable of human-level creativity, to better understand human creativity and to formulate an algorithmic perspective on creative behavior in humans, to design programs that can enhance human creativity.

Goals
?
The main objective of the CIT&DS 2016 is to bring together researchers and practitioners to share ideas in using creativity to theory and practice in software engineering. Our workshop is devoted to the results of practical work on the implementation of computer systems that exhibit creativity in wide range of research domains, in particular in intelligent technologies and data science.
