Business Perspectives and Research invites articles in all areas of general and functional management, relevant to public /private /non-profit organizations. The aim is to help expand the management knowledge for use in the organization. The work could be from macro or micro perspective and how it impacts the workplace. Papers are welcome not only from business schools and practitioners from the industry but also from relevant Social Science disciplines such as Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Environment and Human Rights as these disciplines also contribute significantly toward the understanding of business and management. The theme of the paper should be relevant to business management.
