BSC 2016 - 2016 28th Biennial Symposium on Communications (BSC 2016)
Topics/Call fo Papers
The Biennial Symposium on Communications is a prestigious international research conference in communications, information theory, and signal processing. Organized since 1962 by Queen’s University, the Symposium is now presented by the Canadian Society of Information Theory, and will be held outside of Ontario for the first time in its history.
BSC 2016 solicits previously unpublished contributions from a broad range of topics in communications, information theory, and signal processing.
The BSC 2016 technical program will include tutorials on non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) and cloud radio access networks (Cloud RAN). Co-located with the conference, and optional for attendees, will be an intensive short course on molecular communication and biological information theory, to be held from June 2-4.
Kelowna is located in British Columbia's beautiful Okanagan Valley, in the heart of Canada's wine country. Direct flights are available from Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Toronto.

Looking forward to seeing you in Kelowna!
Prof. Julian Cheng, UBC-Okanagan, general co-chair
Prof. Andrew Eckford, York University, general co-chair
Prof. Ekram Hossain, University of Manitoba, TPC co-chair
Prof. Chintha Tellambura, University of Alberta, TPC co-chair.
