Global Chinese Conference on Computers in Education (GCCCE) is an annual international academic conference organized by the Global Chinese Society for Computers in Education. The 18th GCCCE was held at East China Normal University, Shanghai in 2014. The 19th GCCCE was held at Howard Civil Service International House, Taipei in 2015. The conference has been developed as a premier academic event for researchers, practitioners and policy makers in the Chinese communities for the worldwide dissemination and sharing of ideas for research in the field of Computers in Education.
The 20th Global Chinese Conference on Computers in Education (GCCCE 2016) will be held at the Hong Kong Institute of Education, Hong Kong on May 23-27, 2016. The conference program will comprise keynotes, paper presentations, workshops, forums, Doctoral Student Forum, Teacher Forum and business exhibition. GCCCE 2016 consists of eight theme-based sub-conferences:
1. Science of Learning, Computer Supported Collaborative Learning, and Artificial Intelligence in Education
2. Digital Classroom, Mobile and Ubiquitous Learning
3. Joyful Learning and Society
4. Technology in Higher Education and Human Performance
5. Teacher Professional Development and Educational Policy
6. Technology Enhanced Language Learning
7. Learning Analysis and Assessment
8. Digital Technology, Innovation, and Education
