The objective of CICC-ITOE 2011 is to provide a forum for researchers, educators, engineers, and government officials involved in the general areas of Innovative Computing, Communication, Information Technology, and Ocean Engineering Innovative Computing & Communication to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views on the future research directions of these fields.
All Accepted Papers will be published by IEEE (Pending), Which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.
