We cordially invite you to join us at the Faculty of Electronics & Telecommunications of the Technical University of Iasi, Romania on July 9-10, 2009, for the 9-th International Symposium on Signals, Circuits and Systems. ISSCS 2009 aims at bringing together scientists and researchers from academia and industry to present some of their latest ideas and results.

Authors are expected to present their papers at the Symposium. At least one author of each accepted paper must register until May 4th, 2009 in order to have the paper included in the program and Proceedings.

Papers for the Special Sessions must be submitted directly to the sessions organizers.
