The debut edition of International Conference on Systems and Technology for Energy Management in Communication Networks is an international forum on theory, design, analysis, implementation/practices related to energy efficiency and energy management in 5G communication systems. Stemcom 2016 will be held in University of Surrey - home of the 5G Innovation Centre, Guildford, UK, between the 28th and 31st of March, 2016. Stemcom 2016 is organized in cooperation with the European Alliance for Innovation (EAI).
Stemcom 2016 invites you to submit technical research and position papers in following two categories (i) Applied research papers and (ii) Industrial practice papers. Stemcom 2016 also invites you to submit demo, special session and tutorial proposals to this event. Specifically, the conference is soliciting original research articles contributions that cover the following topics (but are not limited to):

Publications
Conference proceedings will be published with Springer, in the Lecture Notes of ICST. The proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: DBLP, Google Scholar, Thomson Scientific ISI Proceedings, EI Elsevier Engineering Index, CrossRef, Scopus, as well as ICST's own EU Digital Library (EUDL). Selected papers will be invited to publish in the EAI Endorsed Transactions.
