LCM 2015 - 9th Australian Conference on Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Management

The 9th Australian Conference on Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Management, on 24th and 25th November continues the themes of the prior ALCAS conferences, but goes further by linking LCA methodology and practice to the implementation of LCA in decision making, organisations and society.
The conference will examine the drivers and benefits of LCM. Attendees will gain insight into the latest tools and work together to develop collaborative approaches.
“As international markets embrace green standards, LCA information may soon be essential for products sold overseas,” says ALCAS President Rob Rouwette. “This conference will enable business leaders, policy makers and industry experts to explore the strategic benefits of life cycle approaches.”
Conference organisers have worked to align LCM Australia with the international LCM conference in Bordeaux in September 2015. Philip Strothmann, Co-Founder and CFO at Forum for Sustainability through LifeCycle Innovation and member of the LCM Bordeaux organising committee, will be attending LCM Australia to build on global themes and their influence in Australia.
LCM Australia can be combined with either AgriFood LCA or AusBuild LCA, or both, for a more comprehensive LCA experience.
