Symposium on Signal Processing Challenges in Human Brain Connectomics will focus on signal processing methods for studying the human brain connectomics. With the advance in neuroimgaging technology, it is now possible to collect neural signals across multiple modalities, subjects and experimental conditions. This abundance of data brings with itself the challenge of constructing the human brain connectome that maps the structural and functional connections. Topics include, but are not limited, to the following:
???? Multimodal (EEG,MEG, fMRI) neuroimaging data analysis
???? Machine learning approaches to brain connectomics
???? Higher-order data analysis (tensor) approaches to brain connectomics
???? Measures for estimating functional and effective connectivity
???? Complex network and graph theoretic methods for connectivity analysis
???? Resting-state fMRI analysis
???? Statistical Approaches to Identifying Group and Task Differences
???? Dynamic Functional Connectivity
???? Big Data Approaches to Neuroimaging
???? Applications to neuropsychiatric disorders
