3GPP 2015 - Symposium on 3GPP EVS and beyond

Answering to the increasing user expectations on communication services the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) has recently standardized the Enhanced Voice Services (EVS) codec providing more coding efficiency, higher bandwidth and better speech and audio quality in clean and noisy communication channels. The “3GPP Enhanced Voice Services and beyond” symposium will be a one day event in GlobalSIP and will focus on the EVS codec and current directions in speech and audio coding for telecommunications.
