SUBMISSION PROCEDURES
Authors are invited to electronically submit (PDF only) full papers, including the title, author name(s) and affiliation(s), as well as the mailing address, telephone, fax, and email of the principal author, before April 9, 2010 at the web site: https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/ACC2010/ .

The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the Conference Proceedings. Maximum paper length for the proceedings is six pages, with up to two additional pages with page charges (6+2). This may include figures, tables and references. The paper must be written in English.
