LSDS-IR 2010 - The 8th International Workshop on Large-Scale Distributed Systems for Information Retrieval (LSDS-IR)

If you are a student and you are interested in attending LSDS-IR 2010, consider applying for a registration fee waiver. We will be selecting a few students from all applicants.

The procedure to apply is simple. First, we require that you are a student currently enrolled in a graduate program of some university. Second, we need you to send the following documents to lsdsir-AT-ymail.com:

Your resume;
A statement of purpose saying why you believe you’ll benefit from attending LSDS-IR 2010.
Please send all documents as PDF files, and bundle them with tar (compressed is fine). The final date for receiving applications is June 28, 2010.

These scholarships are funded by Yahoo! Research.
