IMS 2015 - Nominations Now Being Accepted for the 2015 Learning Impact Awards

The Learning Impact Awards, presented by the IMS Global Learning Consortium, consisting of leading educational technology suppliers, institutions, states and school districts, recognizes uses of technology that address the most significant challenges facing the global education sector. The Learning Impact Awards competition is open to institutions, school districts, states, and organizations who can demonstrate exemplary implementations of technology to improve learning impact based on evidence as defined by eight dimensions of potential learning impact, including improving access, affordability, and quality.
Nominations will be accepted from now until December 12, 2014 through the IMS Global website submission form at http://lili15.imsglobal.org/awards.html. Finalists will be selected in January and invited to advance to the final round of competition to present their projects during the 2015 Learning Impact Leadership Institute, May 4-7, in Atlanta, Georgia. Winners will be selected by an esteemed panel of K-20 educational leaders. Winners will be announced during the closing awards luncheon on May 7 and recognized in the annual Learning Impact Report.
"We encourage organizations to submit who believe that they have implemented an academic or administrative technology implementation that has demonstrated potential to improve learning impact," said Dr. Rob Abel, Chief Executive Officer of IMS Global. "Created in 2007, the Learning Impact Awards program is our annual opportunity to recognize innovative technology projects that can potentially have a role in improving learning and education."
