PAOS 2014 - The 2nd Workshop on Practical Application of Ontology for Semantic Data Engineering (PAOS 2014)

With the approaching Semantic Web era, it is necessary to manage information and to identify meaningful and well-structured knowledge on the Web. Applying ontology to augment publishing and analyzing Semantic Data is one of the most important research areas. Ontology and ontology-based application can enhance modeling and processing of the Semantic Data, especially the data in specific domains, in terms of data integration, interoperability, reuse and intelligence. The mission of this workshop is to bring together researchers and practitioners in the semantic technologies and related technologies to present their innovative research results or practical applications of applying ontology to enhance Semantic Data engineering and consumption.
