WCS 2014 - Workshop on Communication Security

The Workshop on Communication Security will be held in Ancona, Italy, on September 11 - 12, 2014.
The workshop is intended to be a meeting opportunity among experts working in the area of information and communication security, with emphasis on physical layer security and secure coding techniques.
It reflects the focus of the ESCAPADE research project on the study of new cross-layer physical/data-link security solutions for communications.
It will feature four invited talks, each of the duration of about one hour, in addition to about 3 hours of contributed talks.
The authors of accepted talks will be invited to provide manuscripts to be collected in a contributed book, which will be submitted for publication in a Springer series.
The location of the workshop will be at the institution coordinating the project, the Università Politecnica delle Marche.
The city of Ancona and its seaport have a long history dating back to ancient Greece, and are located 280 km northeast of Rome, on the Adriatic see, next to the Monte Conero natural park.
