Since 1995, the International Conference on Food Factors (ICoFF) has been held every four years to gather an outstanding panel of experts all around the world to share their views and expertise in food factors. In the upcoming 5th ICoFF, the theme of the conference will be “Food for Wellbeing-from Function to Processing”. We welcome the submission of abstracts which offer relevant researches on (1) Processing, engineering, and new technology, (2) Health promotion and disease prevention, (3) Unique sources of food factors, (4) Promising food factors, and (5) Others.
Individuals may submit their abstract for consideration in either poster or oral presentation. The presenting author may apply for one of the following awards.
All abstracts will undergo peer-review by the Abstract Review Committee and may be accepted for oral presentation, poster presentation, or rejected. Accepted abstracts will be published in an Abstract CD.
Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts must be submitted via the internet. Submission by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
The author who submits the abstract will be notified the receipt of abstract and an assigned abstract number by ICoFF. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence. Please contact the Congress Secretariat if the notification is not received within a week of submission.
ICoFF reserves the right to assign accepted abstracts to oral or poster sessions. Most abstracts will be scheduled for poster presentations; however, abstracts accepted to poster or oral sessions will possess the same scientific merit.
