Topics/Call fo Papers

In recent years, research on communications and network theory come to a new stage. The rapid progress of large scale networks, wireless sensor networks, and Ad Hoc networks need more perfect theoretical support. Today Internet architecture and protocols operate poorly in environment characterized by uncertain networking conditions, high mobility and frequent network partition. Technologies on communications, such as source coding, channel coding, modulation, equalization, and so on have to meet the need for different user behaviors in the network. Network capacity need to be confirmed for system design. Network coding, cognitive radio systems are main techniques for increasing system throughput. Other current directions of research are quantum information theory, cooperative communications, cryptography, data compression, etc.
