The International Workshop on Intelligent Technologies for HealthCare (ITCare) intends to provide a leading edge, scholarly forum for researchers, engineers, and students alike to share their state-of-the-art research and developmental work in the broad areas of intelligent techniques in healthcare. ITCare-14 will be held in Halifax, Canada (22-25 September 2014) in conjunction with the 4th International Conference on Current and Future Trends of Information and Communication Technologies in Healthcare (ICTH-2014).
SCOPE
Intelligent techniques and smart devices have evolved into an active area of research and development in healthcare systems. This is due to the healthcare system that faces diverse and complex everyday challenges, ranging from used equipment and drug inventory management to patients’ records. In addition to these challenges are patient monitoring, scheduling and follow-up managements in hospitals, homes and nursing homes, as well as providing the appropriate transportation.
