PM 2014 - The Second International Workshop on Project Management in the Context of Globalization (PM 2014)
Topics/Call fo Papers
Globalization has led to multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural project teams that operate
across borders, across time zones, and in multiple languages. Stakeholder
management has become more complex, as has project governance, scope change
control, and risk management. Even procurement management has become more
complicated, when contracts require execution and delivery in multiple jurisdictions.
In the context of globalization, the role complexity, rapid change and uncertainty play
within our projects and project environments is gaining recognition. Hence, it is time
to review our understanding of global project management in both research and
practice.
Topics
As one part of the Fifth International Conference on Business Intelligence and
Financial Engineering (BIFE 2014), The Second International Workshop on Project

this field. Theoretical and practical contributions can both be submitted. Contributions
with an applicative aspect are particularly encouraged.

? Global Project Management
? Integrated Project Management
