ISPRS 2014 - VII Mid-term Symposium 2014
Topics/Call fo Papers
Remote sensing is an interesting and exploratory science, as it provides images of areas in a fast and cost-efficient manner, and attempts to demonstrate the "what is happening right now" in a study area. Not only is it very useful in the planning process in general, but it is also valuable in detecting and mapping many issues related to environment.
The main aim of the RS-2014 mid-term symposium is to focus on improving the operational use of remote sensing and new technologies so that techniques for capture, analysis and presentation of information are faster, cheaper and more precise, thereby improving their accessibility and usability for different types of users.
Topics
Submissions are invited in, but not limited to, the following areas:
* Physical modeling and signatures in remote sensing
* DEM Generation and Surface Deformation Monitoring from SAR Data
* Automated feature and attribute extraction techniques and methodologies from multi-
sensor/resolution/spectral/temporal and hyperspectral imagery
* Image Classification Methods
* Change Detection Methods and Process Modeling
* Remote Sensing Data Fusion
* Radar and lidar data processing and applications
For further keyword and topics, please see the terms of reference of TC VII working groups.
