MWaoN 2014 - International Workshop on Multimedia Wireless ad hoc Networks 2014 (MWaoN 2014)

Wireless ad hoc networks have been studied during the last 10 years. Multimedia communication is a mature discipline. It is a Firm Real Time system in which it is very important that the deadline be accomplished in order to assure Quality of Experience. Multimedia wireless ad hoc networking is challenging. But also has a lot of renewed applications in Voice over IP and IP telephony, for example some ships could mount a instantaneous ad hoc network to communicate among them. But also, wireless ad hoc networking can be used to extend the 4G multimedia communications. Multimedia Wireless Sensor networks is a kind of wireless ad hoc network that transports multimedia information. Multimedia spontaneous wireless ad hoc networking are very interesting.
