Topics/Call fo Papers

The International Conference on System Theory, Control and Computing ICSTCC 2014 aims at bringing together under a unique forum, scientists from academia and industry to discuss the state of the art and the new trends in system theory, control and computer engineering, and to present recent research results and prospects for development in this rapidly evolving area.
The conference will be for the fifth time organized in this format, joining three previous different scientific meetings. These were distinctly organized by the University of Craiova, Faculty of Automation, Computers and Electronics (SINTES - International Conference on System Theory and Control), the "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iasi, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering (SACCS - International Symposium on Automatic Control and Computer Science), and the "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati, Faculty of Automatic Control, Computers, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (SIMSIS - International Symposium on Modelling, Simulation and Identification Systems). As these events had covered the most important and also related fields from Automatic Control and Computers, by their gathering it was expected that the quality and interest can improve, fact already supported by the development of our Joint Conference annually since October 2010.
Since 2010, all the editions have been technically co-sponsored by IEEE Control Systems Society and the Proceedings of the last three editions are available on IEEE Xplore.
ICSTCC 2014 is also technically co-sponsored by IEEE Control Systems Society and the Proceedings will be published on IEEE Xplore.
Aim and Scope
The aim of the conference is to provide high quality research and professional interactions for the advancement of the leading research areas that System Theory, Control and Computing represent, and fellowship.
ICSTCC 2014 will feature several kinds of presentations including invited plenary papers and contributed papers, invited sessions and poster sessions.
The main areas of interest are:
Automation and Robotics
Computer Science and Engineering
Electronics and Instrumentation
