In technical aspect, it includes intelligent technologies computable mechanisms to enable automatic educational systems, communication technologies allowing on-line discussion and communications among people, and educational technologies which help users access learning resources like learning material and people anywhere and anytime. In educational aspect it covers various pedagogical perspectives, approaches and models, learning theories in designing, developing, and interacting e-learning system.
