WIP 2014 - 2014 Workshop on Image Processing
Topics/Call fo Papers
The Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Havana (Cuba)
organizes biennially the International Conference on Operations Research (ICOR). The eleventh
of this Conferences (11th
ICOR) will take place from 11th
to 14th
March 2014.
The scope of ICOR is intentionally broad and it is devoted to aspects of modeling,
computational handling, and applications of a variety of topics like Optimization, Probability
and Statistics, Mathematical Economic, Differential Equations, Algorithms and Teaching of
Operations Research.
This occasion, and for the first time, a Workshop on Image Processing (WIP-2014) will be
organized jointly with ICOR. The Workshop aims to bring together researchers and developers
from around the world, in both industry and academia, for sharing results, for exploring new
areas of research and development and to discuss emerging issues facing image processing.
The organizers are also committed to provide an open and informal atmosphere for
presentation and discussion of results.
Topics, among all others related to image processing, include:
? Edge detection
? Deblurring
? Segmentation
? Optical Flow Computation
? Medical Image Analysis
? 3D Reconstruction
? Motion Tracking
? Pose Estimation
? Vision for Robots
? Object Recognition
