Welcome to the 2014 Annual Meeting! The 2014 Academy of Management Annual Meeting is the premier conference for more than 10,000 students, academics, scholars, and professionals in the scholarly management and organization space. The 74th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management will be held August 1-5, 2014, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The program theme is The Power of Words.
The submission system for the 2014 AOM Annual Meeting is now OPEN. Please review the submission guidelines, policies and procedures before submitting your proposal for the 74th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management. The deadline for submissions is January 14, 2014 at 5:00pm ET (NY Time). We wish you the best of luck, and we hope to see you all in Philadelphia next August.

March 2014: Submissions decisions sent.
May, 2014: Online program to become available.
August 1-5, 2014: Annual Meeting.
