Topics/Call fo Papers
A two-stage review process will be applied:
The Technical Program Committee will review the abstracts and decide upon the acceptance.
Every full papers will be reviewed by a minimum of 3 peer reviewers to make sure that the paper
covers the conference topics
is readable and achieves the requirements regarding innovation, clarity, presentation and possible realization
is in the proper format as defined by IEEE.
If the paper does not meet all the above requirements, the author will be requested to send a revised paper for a further review.
