ORCA 2014 - second Ocean Radar Conference for Asia-Pacific (2nd ORCA)

　It’s our great honor to host “the second Ocean Radar Conference for Asia-Pacific (2nd ORCA)”. Taiwan Ocean Research Institute (TORI) proposes to hold the 2nd ORCA on April 2-4, 2014, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The meeting will be an exchange platform for those who engage in operation, maintenance, study, and application of the high frequency ocean radar system. It is expected to promote international exchange of the practical experience and research results from the Asia-Pacific region extending to worldwide. Eventually, a prospect of pooling HF Ocean Radar resources and facilitate international collaboration is brightening.
