Introduction
Chaos Theory is an important research field in mathematics, useful in many applications in different disciplines like physics, engineering, economics, biology, among others. Its scope is based on scientific studies associated with the search on behavior of nonlinear dynamical systems, which are highly sensitive to their initial conditions (chaotic systems). In time, several kinds of sub-working fields have also been introduced within the context of research studies on the Chaos Theory. Chaos Theory and its application in the social sciences can be considered new. There is no doubt that international politics and its systems have been evolving with globalization. From new security concepts, new challenges to humanity such as climate change and the role of international organizations become more eminent and debatable. However, classic and problem-solving theories of international relations are not inadequate to explain today’s complex and interdependent international politics. Can Chaos Theory be applicable in international politics? Can Chaos Theory help us understand the dynamics of world politics? This book will attempt to find answers to those questions with unique chapters mostly composed from the main issues of world politics.
Objective of the Book
The objective of the book is to show different issues in international relations and Chaos Theory application in this field. As a result of introducing such studies, people who are interested in the related fields (Chaos Theory and World Politics) will also be enabled to improve their knowledge about the current literature and the latest developments in this sense. The publication also aims to bring readers' (researchers') attention to new developments in world politics within the last few years. Finally, it is extremely important that the publication will provide an essential reference source to improve current literature of the related fields and provide newer ideas for future developments.
Target Audience
The book will be utilized in the Chaos Theory and International Relations fields and, more specifically, in the mathematics and physics fields. Additionally, it will be utilized within the other areas interested in world politics. In this context, it will aid interested people and researchers within the expressed fields. The book can also be used as educational material to examine the latest improvements in international relations and political science and the applications of Chaos Theory for understanding the usage of Chaos Theory approaches, methods, and techniques for solving important problems in world politics.
