Workshop of the XIII AI*IA Conference.
An international, collaborative event for Ph.D. students in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

DWAI is a satellite workshop of the AI*IA 2013, the main Italian conference on Artificial Intelligence. All attendees of AI*IA 2013 will be welcome at DWAI.
The workshop targets Italian and international Ph.D. students. The subject, A.I., is purposely kept wide, as one of the workshop's goals is to foster communication and networking among Ph.D. students from different sub-areas of AI.
Ph.D. students submitting papers will be involved in the reviewal process of other submissions, thus providing a 'behind-the scenes' perspective of the workshop.
The list of topics includes, but is not limited to:
Knowledge Representation and Management
Search and Information Retrieval
Logics and Languages for Artificial Intelligence
Automated Reasoning: Scheduling, Planning, Decision Procedures, ..
Machine Learning
Intelligent Agents and Multi-Agents Systems
Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics
Perception: Computer Vision, Object Recognition, ..
Robotics: Motion Planning, Computational Geometry, UAVs, ..
Innovative Paradigms in Artificial Intelligence
DWAI offers three submission tracks:
Research papers
Position papers / Surveys
Prototypes / Demos
The submission of ongoing research work is encouraged!
The page limit for all tracks is 5. Please submit your paper as a single PDF file using Springer LNCS guidelines.
For the demo session, the PDF file should contain a technical report of the prototype.

Notification of acceptance : October 21st, 2013
