EU BC&E 2014 - 22nd European Biomass Conference and Exhibition (EU BC&E 2014)

The EU BC&E Executive Committee is committed to maintaining a high scientific level in the conference and to increase its scope in the international dimension while simultaneously increasing the relevance of the conference to industry and policy makers.
The 2014 Conference marks the first edition where the call for abstracts is open not only for scientific presentations but also for industry-oriented presentations.
To attract and engage industry, the Executive Committee has decided to set up the Industry Committee to deal with the continuously increasingnumber of industry-oriented abstracts submitted in addition to the scientific abstracts.The new Industry Committee will evaluate the industrially-oriented abstracts for inclusion in dedicated sessions within the programme. Furthermore, it may invite directly key personalities from the industry to make presentations on strategic subjects.
During the online submission authors should clearly indicate the orientation of the abstract, whether for “industry” or “scientific” review. Review will of course be conducted by the respective Scientific or Industry Committee.
