The international conference on open source monitoring solutions will be held again in Nuremberg from October 22nd-24th, 2013. The final program of the 8th OSMC is determined now.

The Open Source Monitoring Conference has meanwhile become an established event for all those interested in free monitoring systems. Every year, the conference offers the opportunity to keep up to date with the latest developments and to exchange experiences with other users worldwide.
Now the final program of this year´s conference is determined and comes up with a variety of exiting presentations and speakers.
Among the 24 speakers, there will be open source experts like Tarus Balog (CEO of the OpenNMS Group), the NSClient ++ developer Michael Medin, Nagios core developer Andreas Ericsson and ntop developer Luca Deri.
Further more, speakers from DB Systel, ImmobilienScout24, gutefrage.net are expected and many more.
This year again, in addition to the conference package, participants can book one of the three in-depth workshops. The choice is between the following topics:
- SLA Reporting with Jasper
- Config-Management with Puppet
- Realtime Graphing with Graphite
