There are important applications in Neurology and Neurotechnology, related to diverse areas such as supporting neurologic diseases diagnostic and therapeutic decisions, neurological signal analysis of EEG and other signals, intelligent patient monitoring, and prevention; decision support systems have been in use for many years either in hospital computer networks or on the web, and now we need to explore also the advantage of mobile wireless devices.
